How to improve your body balance and injury-proof your body

A lot of time people injure themselves shortly after beginning a well-intentioned exercise program. If your body is out of alignment or balance, lifting weights can merely serve to reinforce and exaggerate that imbalance, increasing the likelihood of you injuring yourself.

Before beginning exercise programs that involve lifting weights I encourage people to get their body and posture checked by a chiropractor to point you in the right direction for improving your posture and balance.
